Prior to founding ACP Mid-Atlantic, Douglas E. Fleit spent 22 years at Cushman & Wakefield's Commercial Brokerage Group as an Executive Vice President. He founded the company's Northern Virginia operation, was a top broker in the company, and served on national boards and committees for the company. Douglas E. Fleit was a leader in educational and training programs for brokers throughout the country, and his skills helped grow the firm's reputation nationally. Prior to working at C&W, Douglas E. Fleit spent four years at the Dutch institutional merchant developer Savage/Fogarty, where he worked on leasing, financing and selling both new and renovated developments.
